Waiting in Line

Have you tried waiting in a long line and a person comes and cuts you in? What will be your first reaction about this? Will you just say “its okay, you can go first” or “Hey, I was here first? Bawal ang singit!” then raise your eyebrows until they reach your Fontanels. (Damn! I tried that before but didn’t work coz I don’t have fontanels anymore). Let me tell you some stories about this people who love to make “singit”. First, it happened when I was in a convenient store after work. I was hungry and thirsty coz I worked for 8 hours straight and I just wanted to go home and relax for it was 7 in the morning. I grabbed a bottle of soda and some biscuits, and when it was my turn to pay for my stuff, there was this girl (wearing a scrub suit) suddenly cuts in and asked the cashier if they have cell phone load. The cashier said “yes” and all of a sudden this lady brought out her wallet and right there, she paid her bill. Isn’t that amazing? That was shit! And the worst thing was she only purchased 25 peso load. It really pissed me off and what I told her “Excuse Me, how much do you earn per month?” She said,”P8, 000.00 why?” I just laughed and replied, “Hahahaha! Your salary is just my allowance and where do you work?” I was in aghast when she said, “I work at East Avenue Medical Center, do you have problem with that?” I was really pissed and fucked up by her rudeness and without any doubts I simply uttered these words:”Oh! That’s why many patients die coz they don’t have good employees and uhm, lemme add, EDUCATED EMPLOYEES who knows how to fall in line and wait for their turn!” I gave her my devilish grin and left.
