It's been a while since I wrote something in here. Uhm, I am too busy preparin' for work, work presentations, meetings, recruiting possible members of our team, composing and researching training modules (and don't forget the agonizing nights when we have to stay up late tryin' to perfect everything coz it was the last night we can finish the module for the training will start on the following day!!) It was tiring though, but our hardships were blown away after our first day. We were in chaos at first coz the light's switch are no where to find, the ac is not working (darn! it's too hot), there was no projector (I really worked my butt out just to finish the presentations), no food, no water and the worst part, no time to have a cancer break!!
The first week was really rough. We need to twist their tongues and remove their regional accents. Since we have several trainees from the South, we need to train them in order to overcome their fear of speaking. They have to undergo thorough training like learning how to produce the right sounds, stress the right syllable, think on their feet and organize their thoughts before speaking so that they will be able to converse properly and help their listener understand them better.
