+ Working at night and being a call center is really fun. Why? Simply because agents will try their best to speak in English just to convince the customer that they are confident enough so that they will not hang up! Foolish isn’t? Nope, it’s fun! You will hear lots of agents trying to be as nice as they can even though their customers were cursing them. (We were trained to be nice to our IRATE customers; and as much as possible stay calm and stay focus on your customers' concerns. DAMN, I still remember our training days). To add more spice to your life, here are some of the real conversations that my friends shared to me..
Telesales agent getting the customer's credit card info:
